With Strikeforces coming out event with CBS and acquisition of top heavyweight fighter Fedor Emelianenko they are finally getting their hands dirty and pushing the upcoming fight card through various media channels. We have all the promotion videos for this fight right here and rightly CBS are featuring solely on Fedor rather than Brett Rogers, which is the way it should be. They seem to have done a pretty good job actually on the promos and with the event only being just over a week away it's definitely the right time to be pushing this card hard

UFC 105 is the next big UFC event and we have the latest preview of it right here for you to take a look at. On the main card is MMA legend Randy Couture taking on a light heavyweight and perreniel under achiever Brandon Vera. This main card could be a massive win for Vera, but these guys do have a common opponent in Tim Slyvia, Vera lost a decision to Big Tim and Randy Couture dominated Tim Sylvia with ease. Of course that was a while ago and time and age could play a factor in this fight.
Also on the UFC 105 card are Micheal Bisping returning to the Octagon after his knockout at the hands of Dan Henderson

Of course we have the UFC 104 results for your right here. Another UFC wraps up and it was a pretty good night of fights all round. The new idea of the UFC to show the Undercard fights worked nicely and gave more to the hardcore fans and the casual fans alike.
From the main event Lyoto Machida and Mauricio Shogun Rua, went all five round in a battle that favored the striking of Shogun although Machida was never really in any trouble but he did lose the fight just not convincingly enough for the judges to give it to Shogun

The actual countdown show this time is pretty good and it focuses on the two main events from UFC 104, Ben Rothwell gets a great intro to the UFC for fans who don't know about him and give you something to root for even when he's fighting the favorite in that battle Cain Velasquez. We also get a great look at how Lyoto Machida has been training for this event and it definitely is something like out of a movie

The video blogs are back! Dana White has decided to go back to doing the old Youtube stuff that he used to and thats definitely a good thing! We're gonna post all the UFC 104 Video blogs right into this one post so be sure to bookmark it and keep checking back. While the fighter blogs are good, there always seems to be the fact that the fight is hanging over their heads so they usually aren't as entertaining as Dana's. Maybe in the future if Dana wants to take an event off and not do the v blogs he could get a well known UFC fighter who's going to watch the event but not compete
