ESPN’s online MMA Show, MMA Live is back this week with more mixed martial arts news and previews. This week MMA Live has Rich Franklin on its panel standing in for Kenny Florian who is still training for his upcoming bout with B J Penn. Hosting MMA Live as usual is Jon Anik with Franklin McNeil and of course the lovely Molly Qerim. This week they dissectttt the Bellator fighting championships and have a pretty interesting conversation with the VP of Bellator Bjorn Rebney who talk about how they structured the championships to appeal to the widest range of fighters, from newcomers to more seasoned fighters. ESPN has a vested interested in Bellator with them showing it on their network and even Jon Anik commentates on the fight so its no surprise to see them giving it a lot of coverage, and Bellator has undoubtedly has some of the best highlight reels from its fights this year.
Also covered this week on MMA Live is the breakdown of the Ultimate Fighter Finale which has the crazy fight between Sanchez and Guida, and Jon Anik also talks to Bobby Lashley about his upcoming fight against Japan legend Bob ‘The Beast’ Sapp. You can check out the video below.
