UFC 100 is just around the corner, and we’ve compiled all our prediction polls together for the main card.  We’re revealing the results of your predictions in this post and seeing if your voting and predictions match up to how the results actually play out on Saturday night.  I still think this is a really tough card to call especially the final three fights on the main card, so by having a poll to check the results, and we can get a good idea on who the majority thinks will win in this landmark MMA event.

Brock Lesnar Vs Frank Mir

The results for this fight at UFC 100 are pretty unanimous, with nearly all our readers and voters predicting Frank Mir to repeat history again, with a submission win over Brock Lesnar.  It’s hard to count out the big guy, but in Frank Mir he is matched up against a real legitimate heavyweight, Mir will come in to this bout heavy, much heavier and with more muscle than both of Brocks previous opponents.  A few voters sided with Brock Lesnar expecting to see a TKO, Donkey Kong smash style like we saw against Randy Couture, and a few even picked a clean KO.

George St Pierre Vs Thiago Alves

The bout between welterweight champ George St Pierre and Thiago Alves is probably the most one sided result from the UFC 100 prediction polls.  Nearly all our prediction poll voters called this one in favour of the dominant French Canadian with percentage of the results expecting GSP to win via TKO, with the rest of the voters thinking GSP will win by submission or by KO then decision last.  A few voters have sided with Thiago Alves on this one, with a TKO or KO.

Dan Henderson Vs Michael Bisping

Out of all our UFC 100 prediction poll votes, the Dan Henderson Vs Michael Bisping fight is by far the closest.  This one looks like it could be one of the closest fought battles of the night, both guys are tough and while Henderson has knockout power and great wrestling, Bisping has been in with both power hitters and wrestlers before and both guys have never been knocked out.  And you our voters have so far just edged this one in favour of Dan Henderson, who is just winning at the moment, however this one is close and I think its going to be reflected in the fight.

Jon Fitch Vs Paulo Thiago

Jon Fitch is one of the best welterweights in the UFC division with his only loss coming from the current title holder George St Pierre, so its no surprise that Fitch is coming out on top in the prediction polls for this match up against Paulo Thiago who is coming off a shock knockout victory over Josh Koscheck.

Yoshihiro Akiyama Vs Alan Belcher

This fight is having trouble getting recognition with all the massive superfights on the UFC 100 card and as a result we have not had as many people voting with their predictions on this MMA matchup.  Yoshihiro Akiyama, has a good fight record only losing once in his MMA career with wins over Melvin Manhoef and Dennis Kang.  Alan Belcher has a much more chequered career but has no doubt fought much more well rounded fighters than Yoshihiro Akiyama.  So currently our prediction polls have this UFC 100 bout even,

UFC 100 is a massive event and the predictions are coming in thick and fast.  Everyone is predicting how they see the main card going at UFC 100 on July 11th 2009.  At MMA Linkage here we have already brought you a ton of prediction videos for this event and they just keep coming!  So once again everyone is making their calls on Lesnar Vs Mir which seems to be getting a lot of buzz talk, whether Mir is going to repeat history, or whether Brock Lesnar just lets those heavy hands go and catches Mir with some ground and pound.

Everyone also seems really excited about the George St Pierre Vs Thiago Alves fight, it seems that people are somewhat mixed on this fight but a lot of talk is covering how GSP Already beat John Fitch and he previously beat Alves, which just goes to make the fight more interesting, when it happens at the Mandalay Bay.

Even Dana White has released his own videos on how the fights could turn out this coming Saturday, and of course, he has to remain impartial.  However the fellow fighters have all been chiming in on how they see the Michael Bisping and Dan Henderson fight at UFC 100 turning out.  And the results were that most people are siding with Henderson on this one, which doesn’t surprise me because he’s proven time and time again that he has the skills to hang with anyone at a range of weight classes, I personally don’t think his age is even a factor in this fight, but still believe that Bisping is hard to tag, and like a lot of people calling this fight I see it going to a decision.

First up this time is Osborne & McCarty with their UFC 100 Predictions, as always entertaining and funny predictions from these guys.

Next we have PhantomUFCfan calling how he see’s the fights going down with some well placed comments and insight on the fighters and how the styles match up.

Finally is CowDefender’s rather funny video also contains some strong language with some random words and is rather strange. The video has a synthethic/computer generated voice overlay, think Stephen Hawkins predicting MMA and your pretty close!

We’re bringing you the best prediction videos for UFC 100, which is a massive upcoming MMA event promoted and hosted by the Ultimate Fighting Championship. UFC 100 is going down at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas Nevada and with it being the 100th promotion put on the by the company they have really gone all out with the fights on this card.

With so much hype and build up, we’re going to bring you all the best UFC 100 prediction videos from around the internet, so you can get an idea of how everyone sees this one going down. If you have you own predictions be sure to post them up on our official predictions post .

Starting off with the main event at UFC 100 we have a rematch between current UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and current interim heavyweight champ Frank Mir. This is going to be a grudge match, Mir believes that Lesnar has his belt and he wants it back, being a former champ Mir definitely have all the tools to get it and has already beat Lesnar once before by submission in the 1st round due to a leg lock. Some people think Mir got lucky and that this time round Lesnar is going to take home the victory, either way this is going to be a massive fight and could well be over quickly, but predictions are definitely hard to call on this fight.

The co-main event features welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre defending his title against up an comer Thiago Alves. Both fighters have impressive skills and aggression and its definitely a fight worthy of being the co-main event. Again predictions are going to be difficult here, Alves is a great striker, but Pierre has shown time and time again why is he the champion and he arguably possesses more well rounded skill than Alves.

Next fight on the card is the coaches fight from season nine of The Ultimate Fighter, with Dan Henderson facing off against Michael Bisping in what is considered to be a middleweight contender decision fight. This fight could go either way, Bisping never gets finished in fights but Henderson is a top class fighter and possesses far superior wrestling and grappling skills. Like most of the main fights on this card this match up is going to be tough to predict when these guys face off at UFC 100.

Also fighting on the main card at UFC 100 are welterweight stand out Jon Fitch Vs Paulo Thiago and middleweights Yoshihiro Akiyama and Alan Belcher which both promise to be great fights an additions to the card.

The Preliminary card at UFC 100 is also pretty stacked with well known names like Stephan Bonnar, Mark Coleman, Mac Danzig and Jon Jones to name a few, its a real shame that some of these fights won’t be on the main card as some of them have real potential to be interesting match ups.
