It’s only one day now till UFC 102 goes live, with both the main fighters Randy Couture and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira doing some promotion work in the build up. We get to see Nogueira taking an ice bath which is probably an okay idea only if you live in a warm country and Randy doing some training on the mits, some ground and pound and giving us the tour of his new and old training grounds.
With Dana White not doing the video blogs anymore it’s good to get some pre fight video build up from the fighters, and no doubt this card is going to have fireworks with a sure to be short lived co main event and the battle between Demian Maia and Nate Marquart also on the card.
