UFC 104 is our next big card stop on the MMA Calendar, and its shaping up to be a pretty interesting card, so yes you guessed it, it’s time to put your money or your um mouse where you mouth is and call your predictions on this upcoming card.
The main even is of course Lyoto Machida Vs Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua for the Light Heavyweight title, and many people are calling Shogun, Machida’s biggest test to date. Its a battle of the Brazilians but does Shogun really have the answers for Machida’s great defensive fighting style?
The other big fight on the card is heavyweight and undefeated prospect Cain Velasquez taking on UFC newcomer, but MMA Veteran Ben Rothwell, in a battle which is surely going to have fireworks. One thing you can count on so far in a Velasquez fight is that the guy never stops and its only in his last fight that we have seen him resorting to smothering tactics, when he realized that his striking and range were outmatched by the much taller and lankier Cheik Kongo.
Filling up the rest of the card, we have Gleison Tibau Vs Josh Neer, Joe Stevenson Vs Spencer Fisher and Anthony Johnson Vs Yoshiyuki Yoshida in what promises to bring us some great stand up fighting.
