UFC 106 Poster and Fight Card

UFC 106 is shaping up to be a stacked fight card with two great main events set to go down at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on November the 21st, 2009. On the UFC 106 main card is the heavyweight title battle between the two juggernauts, the Champion Brock Lesnar and the challenger Shane Carwin. Sparks are surely going to fly in this fight of the giants with Carwin never going past round one, but he hasn’t yet face someone with the controlling skills of Brock Lesnar, I’m sure Carwin is going to be the underdog here but i have no doubt he will be preparing well for the most important fight of his career.

Also on the main card at UFC 106 is Tito Ortiz making his Octagon return against Mark Coleman, this should be a good test for Ortiz as he returns to the UFC with a reportedly full bill of health. Coleman has not looked as impressive in his last two fights and if Ortiz can finish the big man quickly or quicker than Shogun did and he should be only one more fight away from a title shot.

So the UFC 106 poster is official now you can see the full version below, first seen on mmamania.com. and after that we have the rest of the announced fights for UFC 106 and there are some great match ups although it hasn’t been confirmed yet which ones will be main card fights yet, and i can see why, that’s gonna be a tough job.

Yeh i think Coleman will get stopped by Tito but i dont expect it to be a massively dominant performance! Should be good though although not a great test for Tito but a good warm up match for me.
